+ Monday–Friday (with occasional event participation as needed) **DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION** Airlift Northwest (ALNW) is a UW Medicine entity providing critical air medical transportation across the Washington, Oregon, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana and Idaho region. Our mission is to deliver life-saving care while ensuring seamless coordination between healthcare providers, patients, and emergency services. **POSITION HIGHLIGHTS**
+ Manage all aspects of ALNW’s Membership Program, including retention, growth, and client relations.
+ Conduct research and data analysis to drive strategic Membership initiatives and financial planning.
+ Support ALNW Finance with financial processes, reporting, and database management. **PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Operations & Management of the Membership Program (40%)
+ Membership Analysis & Strategic Growth (35%)
+ Database Management (10%)
+ Special Projects (5%)
+ Reporting (5%)
+ Membership Client Management (5%) **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
+ Minimum 4 - 5 years of working experience that demonstrates the following:• Successful interaction with all levels of personnel within any of the following: finance, insurance, public relations, outreach, marketing, and or advanced level sales.• Effective communication with internal as well as external customers.• Successful completion of numerous analytical projects which required initiative and creative solutions to problems.• Demonstrate ability to develop and foster successful business relationships.• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, manage difficult situations professionally, and respond to client needs promptly.• Advanced skills relative to clearly communicating and presenting complex concepts and information.• Ability to prepare properly labeled analysis and communicate issues, findings and recommendations.• Possess a thorough understanding of air medical transport business model and data flow.• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Strong skills in Microsoft Office products.OR
