Program/Project Manager
Position Summary Provide Engineering Requirements Review (ERR) support for the C-130 program, to include engineering expertise, technical documentation reviews, updates to associated systems and databases, engineering studies, briefing support, working group support, maintenance task creation/updates. Ensure program requirements and schedules are met, provide management and supervision to team members. Coordinate with customer points-of-contact as primary focal point for team and contract. Duties & Responsibilities + Manage and supervise team members, to include task assignment and tracking, personnel performance management, and coaching/training. + Ensure all contract requirements are met, all deliverables are submitted, and all required due dates are met. + Provide program management per contract requirements, to include meetings, scheduling, and tracking. + Provide engineering expertise to support the ERR process, to include Part I, II, and III activities. + Support the creation of maintenance tasks as assigned, following documented standards and processes, by required due dates. + Analyze engineering requirements, documenting all findings and completing all tasks, following documented standards and processes, by required due dates. + Complete all assigned technical data update activities, to include all documentation, drawings, system, and database updates, by required due dates. + Provide support for formal reviews to include support for agendas, scheduling, topics briefings, meeting minutes, and action items as assigned. + Provide engineering expertise in support of annual requirements reviews for maintenance tasks, business case development/review, technical analysis, system configuration baselines, configuration audits, Operational Safety, Suitability and Effectiveness (OSS&E) requirements analysis, and engineering studies. + Identify problems and/or deficiencies that require configuration or procedural changes and evaluate performance improvements to ensure the functional systems meet operational requirements. + Provide engineering support for Program Management Reviews, Technical Interchange Meetings, and development and submission of reports and deliverables as assigned. + Complete all additional ERR support tasks as assigned by required due dates. + Support the development of plans, reports, studies, processes/procedures, and other required tasks as assigned. He or she will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by his or her supervisor Education & Experience Requirements + Must have a minimum of 10 years’ related experience + ABET-accredited Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related business or technical degree + SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Secret Skill & Certification Requirements + Must obtain and maintain a government security clearance at the required level. + Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access), and other standard (Customer specified) applications. + Position requires sitting, for long periods of time.
