Build and track portfolio, program and project charters and roadmaps. Build new and improve pre-existing processes and continually reevaluate standards to meet changing business needs. Build new and improve pre-existing tools, templates, and documentation to support processes put in place as standards for implementation. Achieve results without having direct control over all resources and be able to leverage these results across programs Provide leadership to Professional Services staff to achieve project, team, and individual goals Track and highlight trends and raise areas of concern regarding possible deviations from project and program plans. Understand and analyze current processes and initiate process improvements Communicate clearly and effectively with various groups. Support program and project governance - perform project audits/reviews and extract lessons-learned. Build risk management reports and statuses, perform reviews of various project activities to identify and highlight risks and develops appropriate contingency Build rapport with employees while actively influencing events and negotiating changes to achieve organizational goalsWhy Cognizant?
