•    Become the customer quality contact person and meet the relevant information needs (customer APQP tracking, audit support, 8D communication until SOP);
•    Through the effective control plan of all project stages and regular risk assessment (securitization rate tracking /PQA tracking/supplier and customer PPAP tracking /PLR tracking /...) Ensure project safety;
•    Report the quality status monthly according to the indicators defined by the project quality management;
•    Through an effective control plan (CP) to ensure delivery in compliance with specifications; a) Prototype (CP refinement together with Design Office);b) Pre-series (CP prepared together with Plant New Plan Quality (NPQ) and Manufacturing Engineering (PML);
•    Validate the update of the pre-mass production phase control plan developed by NPQ (Support PML) and obtain approval from the project manager/plant manager prior to the planned milestones (prototype CP GR#2a, pre-production GR#2b). CP series, GR#4 means CP series);
•    If it is determined that the general control plan needs to be changed, please involve PQM and QP;
•    Support the program during product development (D-FMEA contribution /KPC observation = PIST at prototype stage (PIST and PIPC indicators will be further monitored by NPQ));
•    Support plan during process development (P-FMEA contribution and analysis/inspection equipment definition/plan QRQC/...) ;
•    Monitor internal supplier APQP processes up to Gate Review #2a and further support NPQ in fulfilling its mission to achieve full approval status for all internal supplier parts prior to customer PPAP (up to GR#3);
•    PQL coordinates PPAP submissions between factories and ensures "full approval status" up to GR#4 (for institutional parts);
•    Apply functional responsibilities to lead the program's dedicated quality resources, such as the plant quality manager leading his plant quality team;
•    In case of serious nonconformity (customer expectations or safety and regulatory issues...) , together with the responsible quality manager, have the right to stop any process or product delivery. Facilitate the activation of official alerts in the alarm management system, if necessary;
•    Ensure all product-related requirements (KPC, perceived quality...) Be under control at all stages of production (lead the development of effective control plans);
•    Ensure that the mass production process can be assessed as 100% safe (verify the equipment concept and monitor the progress of the relevant action plan during P-FMEA and control plan activities);
•    Regular risk assessment (e.g. through shared point indicator tracking) and special risk assessment based on PMS (process qualification audit, SR calculation and NPQ);
•    Stop any process or product delivery if serious nonconformity occurs (Customer SR topic).
