As a Program Quality Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout our programs. Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying initial Program Quality objectives, developing quality management plans, and ensuring regular follow-up.Achieving Quality objectives, including Safety & Regulation and Environmental standards, and cascading them to internal and external suppliers.Monitoring objective achievement through risk assessment based on FMEA, Special characteristics, capabilities, PPM, and more.Having the authority to halt any process or product delivery in case of serious non-conformance.Approving Design Validation Plans and Production Validation Tests, ensuring completion according to program milestones.Leading the development and production process for measurement, checking, and testing fixtures and gauges.Defining control plans and ensuring conformity, perceived quality, and traceability of parts delivered to the customer.Preparing and compiling Production Part Approval files and supporting the Plant Quality Engineer for initial sample submission.Leading relations with Customer Program Quality and applying Program Management System and Engineering Change Management standards.Your profile and competencies to succeedMinimum education level
