We’re currently seeking a dedicated Program Scheduler to join our Product Delivery Services team in New South Wales. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a flexible hybrid work arrangement with office locations in Sydney and Parramatta—both easily accessible by public transport.

About the Role

As a Program Scheduler, you will be the engine behind our project delivery timelines. Working closely with our team of project managers, you’ll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimising schedules to ensure seamless project execution. Your attention to detail, coordination skills, and ability to navigate competing priorities will directly support successful outcomes for our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project Collaborate with project managers to define timelines, dependencies, and critical milestones Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to prevent delays Balance resources and workloads across multiple projects Prepare and distribute clear, accurate schedule reports Facilitate regular schedule review meetings and align timelines with budgets Support risk and change management through proactive schedule analysis Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

Demonstrated experience in project scheduling or coordination Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project Strong knowledge of project management practices High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent organisation and time management Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite PMP certification and a relevant degree in Project Management, Business, or related field (preferred) Industry experience in construction, facilities, infrastructure, or similar sectors

You will collaborate closely with internal teams including project managers, facilities management, finance, and commercial teams, as well as external clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
