Position contingent upon contract award As the Program Scheduler , you’ll have a background in project scheduling and performance tracking to support critical government and intelligence initiatives. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: + Design, develop, and maintain detailed project schedules with defined timelines, dependencies, and milestones + Track project progress and evaluate performance against planned objectives + Support integrated master scheduling efforts to ensure cross-project alignment + Analyze schedule impacts and provide timely insights to program leadership + Collaborate with stakeholders to refine schedules and manage dependencies + Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of schedule-related data and reports + Support risk assessment, resource planning, and schedule optimization EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: High school diploma/GED with 10 years, Associate's with 8 years, Bachelor's with 6 years, Master's with 4 years KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: + Experience in project scheduling for IT, engineering, or government programs + Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar platforms + Strong understanding of project lifecycle phases and dependencies + Analytical skills for identifying schedule risks and performance gaps + Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams + Experience supporting federal or intelligence community projects + Certification in scheduling or project management (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP) + Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies + Experience with integrated master schedules (IMS) or earned value management (EVM) + Background in enterprise IT or infrastructure planning SECURITY CLEARANCE: Top Secret SCI CI Polygraph Intrepid Global Solutions, LLC. www.intrepidgs.com Intrepid Global Solutions, LLC.
