Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Program Scheduler to sit onsite supporting one of our largest defense clients out of Warren, MI. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed Integrated Master Schedules for all product activities considered important to the product team's success. This includes meeting with Program/Project Managers and other staff members to provide status briefs, preform schedule assessments and what-if analysis to ensure that schedules align properly with Government project timelines & budgets. This person will proactively analyze and critique project progress and status updates for Vehicle Area Combat Vehicles. They will develop and provide inputs to plans of execution to include scope, budget, resource needs, material needs etc.
$30/hr to $50/hr : Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining complex acquisition or production schedules
- 5+ years of experience utilizing project management / scheduling tools including one of the following: MS project, KIDASA Milestone Professional, Oracle Primavera, Barbecana Full Monte, Monte Carlo simulation tools, etc. (prefer MS Project)
- Understanding of project milestones, budget and critical paths, risk analysis etc.
- Comfortable working cross functionally
- Bachelors Degree
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance - Active Interim or Secret Clearance
- Previous DoD experience null
