Job Description: Perform schedule development and analysis in support of assigned programs or projects. Ensure major projects and program schedules in Microsoft Project and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, and identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. Ensure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines. May lead or participate in scheduling status reviews. Essential Functions: • Schedule baselines, baseline changes, and tracking and prepare, conduct, and lead baseline reviews• Perform Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis, and Schedule Metric Analysis - such as BEI, CPLI, SPI, etc.• Contribute and participate in Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings• Make/recommend substantial improvements to systems and processes• Communicate within and outside of own function or business area and has responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.) when necessary• Attend and lead scheduling status reviews and conduct briefings with senior leaders which requires ability to communicate matters of importance to the function or business area• Proposal schedule support• Create and maintain schedule templates for standard products• Create and maintain a standard MS Project Calendar and Resource Sheet for use across the division Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience Preferred Additional Skills: • Experience with subcontractor schedule integration• Expert knowledge of WBS structure• Maintain ANSI 748 best practice scheduling techniques• Experience scheduling in an Aerospace environment while working with government, military and civilian customers• Milestones Pro experience In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $71,500-$132,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
