Program Services Operations Support Representative

Position Description:

Provide superior operational and customer support to assigned Program Agents through both initial on-site training and on-going assistance with processing, rating, and systems questions specific to Chubb’s Commercial Lines Insurance Processing System (CLIPS) and Genius Automobile products and systems.    Work directly with Program Agents staff and Chubb Business partners to determine if reported issues are processing/training issues or actual system problems.  Work with appropriate parties to develop solutions and provide interim workarounds for agents whenever possible. All with goal to ensure production pipeline for Agents is stable; accessible and efficient.  Support electronic premium feed efforts within the group – learn premium feed flow from Program Agents to Genius upload (via MNGI).    Handle assigned premium feed arrangements after training completed.  Work with Agent’s; Chubb IT; Richmond, Chubb business partners; Program Services Accounting to ensure all premium feed transactions are processed with error corrects handled prior to monthly account closing cycles. Must become fluent in the use of Chubb (legacy ACE) systems – CLIPS, Web UI/Genius; Workers Comp (WCS); and Fastrack.   Through experience - serve as focal point for product and processing questions applicable to each system.    Provide support to current Program Agent base through activities which include but are not limited to:  Proactively researching and identifying system issues which could affect Agents.    Reporting those issues to Chubb IT, following up until those issues are resolved and keeping agents informed on status of reported problems. Attend and participate in CLIPS Open Problem Meetings and CLIPS Steering Committee Meetings to review/discuss and prioritize system issues for all Program Agents.        Support scheduled and unscheduled system release efforts to include testing; issue identification and resolution, validation, creation of necessary job-aids; communication of release particulars and Agent training.  Provide CLIPS system demos and/or webcasts as requested for existing or prospective Agents.  As needed assist in User ID assignments along with quarterly certification of all external users with Agent contacts.   Additionally take lead in coding set up and maintenance for Programs in applicable systems. Provide support to Workers Comp (WCS System) set up and installation for assigned Program Agents. Coordinate to ensure timely set up (with appropriate sign off) for reinsurance requirements impacting program business (including premium feeds) from a premium registration perspective.    Work with Reinsurance Services; IT and the corresponding business group to ensure coding and testing is complete so that there is no disruption/delay in premium processing.    Provide accurate and timely operations support for Westchester Programs in Philadelphia as well as activities including but not limited to:  When necessary complete manual registration processing and/or provide Web UI/Genius training/guidance to support staff as necessary to meet the need. As needed; perform accurate and timely rating of quotes in the CLIPS System; generate reports/data supporting production analysis as needed; complete Non-Renewals in Oden; and secure loss runs for Program Agents when necessary.  Experience and or understanding of commercial insurance rating; rules and forms; specifically, Insurance Service Office (ISO) rating.   In-depth knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.Experience in Operations and or IT related role supporting internal and external customer base. Experience with upload and download of system data via varying feed formatsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.  Able to document processing issues and detailed resolution plans.Ability to present training material to external customers either through Webinar or in direct training sessions in an Agent office. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed deadlines.

Desired Qualifications

7+ years of Insurance Company experience.In depth knowledge of Clips; Genius, WCS and Fastrack systems. Have demonstrated knowledge of Chubb’s Property, GL, Auto, Crime and Inland product filings and rate plans.Experience working with vendor systems on a product level basis including exposure to implementation of forms, rates, and filings into those systems.Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate working effectively with other team members, business units; all levels of management and Program Agents.Excellent organization skills.Demonstrated influence management skills.Demonstrated results orientation.College degree or working toward a degree.
