Our Casualty Facultative team is seeking a Program Specialist located in the New York office.

We will rely on you for:

Program Management: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and manage automatic/semi-automatic reinsurance programs for clients. This includes analyzing client needs, designing program structures, and ensuring effective implementation and execution.Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and requirements to identify potential opportunities for program development. This involves analyzing market trends, evaluating risk exposures, and understanding client objectives.Opportunity Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities (internally and externally) by leveraging market insights, client relationships, and industry knowledge. This includes developing innovative program solutions and presenting them to clients to complement and aid their objectives.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and provide exceptional service. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact reinsurance programs. Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s Degree7+ years of Casualty Facultative Program experienceStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $175,000 to $275,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
