How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
The Program Specialist, Digital Portfolio Office role focuses on the development, onboarding, and change management associated with re-aligning our Enterprise mindset towards taking action on our vision. This role ensures the processes, techniques, and support required to populate our Aha! tool correctly are effectively leveraged by product teams and stakeholders while maintaining data integrity and system integrations. This role will partner with our existing Aha! leaders working as a small team ensuring smooth operation and strategic alignment across all our Value Propositions, Enablers, and Domains.
Responsibilities:
1. Training & Onboarding
+ Partner with internal teams on developing training materials and workshops for new and existing product practitioners on roadmapping mindset and best practices.
+ Maintain user guides, best practice documents, and FAQs.
+ Communicate updates and changes to stakeholders.
2. Roadmap & Release Planning Support
+ Assist product managers with roadmap creation, planning, and maintenance.
+ Ensure roadmaps remain up-to-date and reflect strategic priorities.
+ Help track progress on releases, features, and initiatives.
3. Stakeholder Communication
+ Serve as a point of contact for roadmaps-related inquiries.
+ Collaborate with product teams, executives, and other stakeholders to align roadmap practice with business objectives.
+ Gather user feedback to enhance adoption and functionality.
This role is crucial for ensuring that our road mapping practice, regardless of tool, is fully leveraged to drive strategic alignment, collaboration, and efficiency within Delta's Digital Portfolio Office and Product Management team.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Strong understanding of product management and roadmapping processes.
+ Prior experience working in Aha! Roadmaps or similar tools.
+ Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, SAFe, etc.).
+ Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies (Six Sigma,
+ Strong communication and training capabilities for engaging stakeholders.
+ Familiarity with Aha!, Agility, Teams, Workfront and/or similar is a plus
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
+ Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
