**SUMMARY**
The Program Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of technical data required to support MRO operations. This responsibility includes the development and review of time compliant technical orders, repair procedures, and coordination with the government airworthiness authority for approval of all recommended changes.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES**
+ Review technical drawings for accuracy.
+ Manage various aircraft related improvement and maintenance programs.
+ Prepare design changes for both depot and unit level maintenance procedures.
+ Develop time compliance technical orders (TCTO’s).
+ Assist in the development and validation of prototype components and systems.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

+ Must be able to obtain and maintain a CAC
**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE**
+ Bachelors of Science Degree in a technical discipline or five (5) years of related experience providing management support to engineering staff.
+ Must have the following abilities: project scheduling, financial management, briefings, coordination and graphic presentation and technical studies.
+ Related experience in an MRO environment on multi-engine turboprop aircraft is preferred.

+ Exposed to high levels of noise, dust, vibration and chemical fumes.
+ Able to lift fifty pounds without mechanical assistance.
+ Able to bend, twist, squat and lift.
+ Able to access and work in all areas of the aircraft to be worked on by Maintenance, including confined areas.
+ Able to climb on ladders and platforms and work at heights up to fifty feet from the ground.
+ While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility. The environmental characteristic for this position is an office setting. Candidates should be able to adapt to a traditional business environment
