Job DescriptionThe Program Specialist, I (Recruitment Advisor) is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers and managing the full lifecycle of the requisition process including requisition intake (briefing), shortlisting, sourcing management through empanelled suppliers (agencies), onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management, offboarding and reporting. The Program Specialist, acts as a talent advisor to support our clients through the requisition fulfillment process to ensure quality talent is acquired in a timely manner. The focus will be on contingent candidates (contractors)

Responsibilities:
Assist hiring managers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including: requisition intake, sourcing, and candidate shortlisting and interviewingDemonstrate recruitment expertise by preparing insightful questions appropriate for the position prior to conducting req intake sessions with hiring managers in order to gather detailed job descriptions to distribute to the supply base.Document req intake conversations in appropriate database (VMS: Beeline, Fieldglass etc.)Utilize reports to manage open requirements to advise managers on the status of requirements and monitor supplier sourcing strategies to ensure timely responseDiscuss with Hiring Manager to set/manage expectations, timeframes, feedback, roles and responsibilities of everyone involved in the requisition fulfillment processCoach, manage and oversee the performance of participating staffing suppliersDocument all client/supplier reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in the appropriate system/toolMonitor performance against contract SLA’s, requisition aging, invoicing, time and expense entry, and vendor compliance tracking Maintain and update monthly activity and performance reportsProvide constant interaction via face to face, email and phone with client, staffing vendors and other partners.QualificationsRequirements:
Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment process methodology, preferably contract recruitment (contingent) with 2-3 years of experience Successful experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycleWell organized and capable of keeping track on end to end requisitions with a high degree of follow-through and proof of executionStrong written and verbal presentation skillsAbility to interpret data from a variety of internal and external source and predict trendsProcess-driven, thrives in building/maintaining relationships, facilitates process, great at stakeholder management/engagement and has a passion for recruitment!Additional InformationAs a workplace, we focus on relationships – with each other, our clients and our candidates - in fact serving others is one of our core values.
