This position is responsible for...
Gathering and organizing customer data, supporting the installation and implementation process of proprietary Breg Impact programs (Wholesale, Billing, Vision, Connectivity). S/he will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on proprietary software systems, Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Supplies (DMEPOS) information, rules, regulations, and guidelines, in support of account manager operational readiness activities.
Your day will be very busy… you will:
Serves as subject matter expert supporting implementation of Breg's proprietary Impact Solutions for other proprietary software systems, DMEPOS information, rules, regulations, and guidelines. Leverages Breg resources such as PSC, Supply Chain, Sales Ops, and Integration team to progress installation tocompletion. Responsible for all printed binders, requests for devices, and installation materials. Accumulates and organizes required information and data for assigned installation and implementations. Sets meetings with the appropriate personnel both from BREG, Breg Impact, and the account. Trains, coaches and assists in the implementation process. Provides ongoing customer support to existing Impact accounts within region/territory. Reports relevant market dynamics, such as payor nuances and account penetration to the Account Manager. Reports pertinent feedback to the appropriate group of stakeholders. Communicates with PSC operations to gain alignment on new/existing operational programs.
What your background will be:
Bachelor’s degree required with emphasis in business, marketing, business, sports medicine or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have 3+ years’ experience in one of the following: Orthopedic, sports medicine, or athletic training background. Office processes in orthopedic or doctor's office Sales training experience Previous medical product experience Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint in a business capacity. Must have experience using Apple Products in a business environment. Attention to detail is a requirement of this position.Other requirements:
Travel is required up to 70% of the time. Travel will be mostly regional in nature and could be accomplished either through driving or air travel. Occasional overnight trips will be required.

Salary/Pay Range: $60,400 to $65,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
