This is a salaried position. Overview This position could offer the option to work hybrid/remote which would be at discretion of the leadership within the department. POSITION SUMMARY: The OSF Corporate University (OSFCU) Program Specialist supports 3rd party content integration within the Corporate University. The Program Specialist collects defined metrics and distributes key reports to leadership and governance teams. The role augments OSF-designed training and pathways through the integration and maintenance of 3rd party content to expand the training and development available. Travels to OSF entities to ensure communication, coordination, and integration of application training adoption as needed; 25% travel should be expected. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY: Provides general direction, oversight, and mentoring to stakeholders and entity administrators involving the standard use and deployment of training and development within OSFCU (both mobile and desktop versions). Integrates 3rd party content within the OSF Corporate University to complement OSF-designed training and development pathways. Collects and analyzes key metrics to track program effectiveness and distributes reports to leadership and governance teams. Collaborates with leadership to identify and implement enhancements to training programs through external content integration. Provides oversight and mentorship to entity administrators, ensuring successful adoption and coordination of application training across OSF entities. Coordinates and manages communications regarding program updates, content integrations, and training initiatives across multiple teams. Develops expertise in educational technology systems and creates resources to support the effective utilization of 3rd party content, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use across the organization. Supports ongoing content maintenance, ensuring 3rd party training materials are current, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in organizational development, human resources, business administration, education, learning technology, information technology, instructional design or a related field. Experience: 5 years of training in design, development, and working with learning technology. Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Demonstrated solid understanding and expertise in the areas of instructional design, technology support of business strategies, change management, behavioral sciences, leadership development. Ability to apply sound learning principles, agile methods, learning technology, and program management skills together in the design, development, evaluation and maintenance of learning and development programs.
