JOB\nPOSTING
You\nwill use project management skills to oversee and manage customer relations and\nBuilding Automations Projects execution. You will primarily be based out at our\nGAIL Pata, UP project, responsible for managing day to day Customer\nco-ordination, site execution, Project Financials and supporting all aspects of\nthe business relationship between Honeywell and the customer. You will achieve\nproject target completion meeting customer timelines and satisfaction, required\ncost and schedule adherence, scope management. Key program performance metrics\ninclude Project Execution, successful commissioning and handing over to the\nsatisfaction of client and within project cost budget, Estimate at Completion\nfidelity, Cost Performance Index, Schedule Performance Index, On Time to\nRequest, Accounts Receivable, and Honeywell Milestone and Reporting Tool\nMilestone Fidelity. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key\ncustomers, stakeholders, and influencers.
Key\nResponsibilities
Day to day\n co-ordination with customer, vendors and suppliers for the assigned\n projects.
Ensure\n Project execution is being progressed with the satisfaction of client.
Ensure\n adherence to contract, schedule, cost, regulatory agency and international\n trade compliance requirements.
Extensive\n risk/opportunity analysis with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue\n and net investment/operating income targets.
Identify\n opportunities and execute plans to improve program performance.
Coordination\n and integration with Product/Service management teams.
Manage\n customer relationships.
Identify and\n support new business and opportunities
Involvement in process of drawing out the project baseline schedule in close co-ordination with Engineering & Procurement Team.
Responsible for continuous monitoring of project progress vis-à-vis plan & identify the causes of cost/time overruns, if any.
Detailed planning, Scheduling, Monitoring & controlling of projects.
Develop, maintain/ update, and implement a Project Quality Plan (PQP), MS Project schedule, and Project Execution Plan (PEP)
Responsible for preparation of detailed activity and resource scheduling with identification of critical path on projects.
Hold accountability to deliver assigned Projects with the appropriate level of quality, on time delivery, on budgeted cost, and consistent with the contractual scope, standards & Specifications.
Project Initiation & Base-Lining
Financial forecasting w.r.t Revenue, Billing & Collection
Monthly Project review with stakeholders
Project Resource & Cost Management Plan’s implementation along with regular tracking
People Management & Stakeholder Management Planning & Monitoring
Change Order Management
Project Scope Validation & Closing with Client
JOB\nACTIVITIES
YOU\nMUST HAVE
Bachelor or\n higher degree in Engineering or related field. Relevant business\n experience, including but not limited to Project Management, Program\n Management, Business Management, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance,\n Contracts, and Customer Support.
Project\n Management experience of 6-10 Years

Ability to\n work effectively in a cross functional environment
Demonstrated\n leadership skills.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or\n related certification preferred
