In this role, you will manage a group of Engineering Support Specialists and Program Services team members in support of Honeywell ACST programs. Are you ready to help us make the future? The annual base salary pay range for this position is $106,000.00 - $132,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE: + Direct supervision of engineering support specialists including mentoring, training, work assignments, performance reviews, succession planning, and behavior/performance issue resolution + Manage, review, and ensure that project schedules are on track and all government compliance rules and regulations are being followed + Responsible for creation and execution of staffing plan including hiring, interviewing, and onboarding engineering support specialist team + Evolve engineering support team to better support E&I technical teams YOU MUST HAVE: + High school diploma/GED required + 3+ years of experience leading teams + U.S. Citizenship required in order to obtain and maintain government security clearance WE VALUE: + Experience in government materials management disciplines, i.e. planning, compliance, procurement, etc. + Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft programs (Office, Outlook, Teams) + Flexible and open, ability to adapt to changing systems, processes, and projects + Proactive and resourceful self-starter, with ability to multi-task + Exceeding customer expectations + Leadership experience ABOUT HONEYWELL Honeywell International Inc.
