Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking an Program Supervisor for Broomfield, CO locations. In this role, you will manage a group of Engineering Support Specialists and Program Services team members in support of Honeywell ACST programs.

The annual base salary pay range for this position is $106,000.00 - $132,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

\n\nDirect supervision of engineering support specialists including mentoring, training, work assignments, performance reviews, succession planning, and behavior/performance issue resolution\nManage, review, and ensure that project schedules are on track and all government compliance rules and regulations are being followed\nResponsible for creation and execution of staffing plan including hiring, interviewing, and onboarding engineering support specialist team\nEvolve engineering support team to better support E&I technical teams\n

YOU MUST HAVE:

\n\nHigh school diploma/GED required\n3+ years of experience leading teams\nU.S. Citizenship required in order to obtain and maintain government security clearance\n\n

\n\nExperience in government materials management disciplines, i.e. planning, compliance, procurement, etc.\nAdvanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft programs (Office, Outlook, Teams)\nFlexible and open, ability to adapt to changing systems, processes, and projects\nProactive and resourceful self-starter, with ability to multi-task\nExceeding customer expectations\nLeadership experience\n\n
