**Program Supervisor**
**Responsibilities/Duties:**
This position is the first level supervisory position at Northway Academy. The Program Supervisor supervises Senior Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians. They provide the day-to-day structure and organization of the team of children they are responsible for. This position will devote 75% of their time per week on the floor in observation and direction (as well as one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis) as needed. The position is responsible to ensure the services provided are done with treatment fidelity and integrity. This position reports to the Clinic Director and is responsible to inform them of any necessary treatment and program modifications. The Program Supervisor provides face-to-face, real-time direction to maximize the effectiveness of:
+ Training or refining treatment techniques and strategies
+ Accurate collection of on-going data
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Teaching basic school readiness
+ Teaching self-management skills
+ Behavior management techniques
+ Complete session progress notes
+ Maintain organization on an on-going basis
+ Other duties as assigned by supervisor
**An ideal candidate MUST possess ONE of the following credentials:**
+ A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in behavioral health, child development or a related field (e.g., mental health, special education, social work, psychology, speech pathology, occupational therapy, etc.) and advanced certification in one of the DHS-recognized treatment modalities
+ Have completed, or are currently enrolled in a Master or Doctoral program, in the field of child development or related fields including, but not limited to, mental health, special education, social work, psychology, speech pathology or occupation therapy from an accredited college or university
+ Equivalent education/work experience will be considered
