Join us today, and experience a career well lived. **Program Supervisor** **Responsibilities/Duties:** This position is the first level supervisory position at Northway Academy. The Program Supervisor supervises Senior Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians. They provide the day-to-day structure and organization of the team of children they are responsible for. This position will devote 75% of their time per week on the floor in observation and direction (as well as one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis) as needed. The position is responsible to ensure the services provided are done with treatment fidelity and integrity. This position reports to the Clinic Director and is responsible to inform them of any necessary treatment and program modifications.
