NRVCS is looking for our next Program Supervisor! As the Program Supervisor I, you will provide direct clinical and administrative guidance and supervision for Case Management Services. You will assist the Service Manager in the day-to-day management, supervision, and development of program services, and in monitoring of servicing quality and program needs. As a full-time employee, you will be subject to our generous PTO package, Insurance, and VRS Retirement.

 

Starting Salary: $48,695-Depending on Experience

 

Education/Experience Required:

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work is required. Master's Degree is preferred. Three years of supervised experience providing services, preferably in a community mental health/substance use disorder setting is required. At least one year of experience providing supervision is preferred. Registration as a QMHP or trainee is required. Must maintain QMHP status and all required trainings/CEUs. If Master's level, LMHP or LMHP-E is preferred but not required.
