Program Support Analyst
Program Support Analyst   Job Description Summary: + D&G is seeking a Program Support Analyst to support the Defense Logistics Agency Information Operations (J6) DLA Research & Development (R&D) as a member of a dynamic and multi-functional team that provides program support to the DLA Applied Research & Testing Emerging Technologies (ARTET) team. The successful candidate will have experience organizing, directing, or managing large complex programs and contract operation support functions, involving multiple inter-related project tasks. The successful candidate must also be capable of managing teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations, maintaining the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization and meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Roles & Responsibilities:   + Performing technical research in support of identifying, analyzing, and solving technical issues impacting DLA business units and major subordinate commands. + Conduct preliminary market research on developing technologies to determine the applicability to DLA processes and prepare gathered research information as white papers, fact sheets, presentations, etc. + Arrange meetings with vendors and members of academia to gather information on the latest technologies. + Manage project milestones, schedule, performance, project transitions and closure. + Support the evaluation of the recommended technical solutions for organizational value, scalability, and implementation to production. + Develop and maintain short- and long-term strategies and project roadmaps; and assist with the development of the annual strategic assessments of disruptive technology. + Perform key enabling processes in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures which include annual budget plans, monthly obligation and expenditure execution plans, and other fiscal activities. + Maintain existing R&D tracking systems for contracting, finance, and knowledge management to maintain a repository for projects and program documentation using the R&D SharePoint portal. + Pursuing information-gathering activities intended to inform strategy and project formulation efforts to include attending seminars, meetings, and conferences. Requirements:   + Must possess a bachelor or advanced degree in business, business administration, engineering, operations research, mathematics, finance, public policy and administration, science, or other related discipline. + Must possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience with DLA R&D or DOD supply chain management.  Eligibility Requirements:   + Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission. + This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (ie., U.S. citizens, permanent residents and other protected individuals under the immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))   Desired Skills:   + Active TS Clearance + One certification from each of the following lists: + DoD 8570 certifications are highly preferred: CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP + DLA Approved certifications are highly preferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associates (SAA 003 exam), AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, AWS Certified Security Specialty, Microsoft Certified Architect MS SQL Server, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104 exam) or other e following certifications are highly preferred: CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP + Strong written and verbal communication skills + High level of ability to use Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint + Solid understandings of reviewing and managing financial spreadsheets + PMP + Experience with DOD or DLA + Experience with DOD Acquisition + Effective problem identification and solutioning skills + Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver a compliant product. + Energetic and driven nature + Ability to work well within groups. + Strong ability to work with Senior Leadership + Creative, out-of-the-box thinking skills  Location:   +  Currently 2-3 days per month but can fluctuate based on project need. Candidates must be within commutable distance to Fort Belvoir, VA.
