Description **Program Support Specialist, Construction Projects** **Location: Must be located in Southern California (LA County preferred)** **Ready to make a difference?** Come join our team as a detail-oriented **Program Support Specialist** to provide administrative and program support to the EV Charger Installation and Management team for projects that are planned and underway. You’ll work closely with Program Managers and members of the construction management team to coordinate and manage program deliverables, maintain and update program documents, and schedule and document internal and on-site meetings. The selected candidate will effectively function as LA County staff and will be required to report to the County of Los Angeles ISD facility a minimum of 3 days per week. **Why you will love working here:** + **Quality of life:** Flexible workplace arrangements, work-life balance + **Investment of the community:** Donation matching, volunteer opportunities + **Investment in you:** Tuition reimbursement, access to professional development resources, 401k matching, Employee Stock Purchase Plan + **And many, many more** (Ask your recruiter for more details!) **What you will be doing:** + Support operations for the installation and management of electric vehicle charging stations, including assisting with contractor selection and management, budget tracking, data analysis, and generating reports + Collaborate with program managers to ensure all activities related to quality program delivery are executed + Track program key performance indicators (KPIs) and coordinate with program managers to develop and deliver status reports + Collaborate with program team members and cross-functional teams to support program success + Analyze program metrics to ensure compliance with contracts and to improve program delivery **What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Environmental Sciences or related disciplines (applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education) + 2+ years experience with program/project management preferably within construction or electrification and/or related experience + Must have a valid driver’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check **What we would like you to have (preferred skills):** + Knowledge of Energy Efficiency, electric vehicles or energy related projects + Demonstrated capabilities in building and maintaining relationships with key market players in the commercial sectors. + Broad knowledge of Construction Practices and Construction Management policies and procedures. + Advanced analytical skills and experience with MS Excel, Power BI (or similar data analysis and visualization tools) **Professional skills you will use:** + Advanced analytical skills and experience with MS Excel, Power BI (or similar data analysis and visualization tools) + Initiative to embrace continuous learning toward becoming an expert in program offerings and processes + Experience with MS Office applications **Working at ICF** ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants. The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $73,403.00 - $124,784.00 California Remote Office (CA99)
