There may or may not be actual vacancies filled from this flyer. This position will serve as a Program Support Specialist within ESI Business and Operations. Responsibilities Responsible for a variety of tasks to include coordination of program documentation, support and guidance on varying internal processes. Provide supports office technical staff in strategic business planning, programmatic schedule tracking and coordination. Prepare written program and project narratives and other program support documentation and material based on data and information gathered from technical and management personnel. Prepare written reports, charts, briefings, information papers, fact sheets, brochures, and circulars. Task matrix and support organizations and personnel to obtain required information and inputs and insures timely receipt, analysis, and collation of such material. Responsible for coordination of information packages for leadership that may include financial and other sensitive information. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications This position is being filled under the Direct Hire Authority (DHA) Mission Support Positions (STRLs) authorized by 85 FR 78829 dtd 12/07/2020. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. In addition to meeting the Basic Requirement, applicants must have one year of specialized experience at the DB-01 (GS-4 grade level or higher equivalency). Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade or band is required. It is defined as one year of specialized experience equivalent to the DB-01 pay band (GS-4 equivalent or higher) in the Federal Service that includes: 1) Providing analysis and recommendations to leadership on policy and processes; 2) Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks to meet short suspense requirements in a fast-paced environment; 3) Rapidly adapting to changes in mission and requirements; and 4) Working with and across multi-disciplinary teams that are geographically dispersed. Education FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
