About The PositionThe Program Supervisor, Renewable Energy is responsible for the execution and continuous improvement of Ameren Missouri’s Renewable Energy programs.This is a hybrid opening located at our Headquarters in St. Louis, MO.
Key responsibilities include:
● Lead a cross functional team and contractors responsible for the execution of Ameren Missouri’s Renewable Energy Programs.
● Manage, develop, and continuously improve the applications, agreements and associated processes required for renewable energy programs such as Net Metering, Solar Rebates, Solar Renewable Energy Credits, Community Solar, and Pure Power.
● Lead program marketing and outreach needs. Ensure that all messaging is accurate, impactful and consistent with Ameren Missouri’s strategy and objectives
● Present and provide training on the renewable energy programs to various internal and external groups.
● Manage customer touch and informational resources on energy programs through Ameren’s websites.
● Support the process with the staff of the Public Service Commission and stakeholders with customer owned solar generation evaluations. Ensure team supports data and report requests from state regulatory agencies including pertinent information related to customer owned renewables generation.
● Manage the tracking data bases and ensure accuracy of program reports and updates.
● Stay abreast of ongoing research and trends in renewable energy programs as well as Missouri and Federal rules and regulations. Participate in national renewable energy workshops, conferences and organizations as necessary and actively participate on various teams such as the renewable energy task force.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Engineering, Business or Marketing background preferred. Five or more years of professional-level business, sales or customer service experience required. Three or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
Strong ability to interact with internal and external customers is required. Proven ability to lead others and excellent business acumen is required. Experience and knowledge of renewable energy and the utility industry is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (public speaking and written) required. Strong decision-making, problem solving, analytical, and computational skills also required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with critical time deadlines required. Strong ability to prioritize and complete a wide variety of requests and assignments required. Strong relationship-building skills required. Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is required. Project Management experience is preferred.

Compensation Range:
$86,400.00 - $133,900.00At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
