We are looking for an Intern to join our Programs team at Business Group level!
Your mission, roles and responsibilities
This position will be with the Clean Mobility BG based in Nanterre.
In this role, you will be working closely with the BG Programs Director on the animation of strategic topics for the program function globally. This includes - following ongoing and forecasted programs, supporting the evolution of the function, woring on the transformation of the program management system, generating insights and information. You will have a chance to work closely with the FCM Program Directors and their teams and collaborate across regions.
Your missions:
1. Support the administration of programs function at BG level
• Maintain a functional overview of ongoing and new programs
• Collaborate with Program Directors for operational inputs and tracking
• Analytics to monitor the health and evolution of the organization
• Generate insights leveraging the program management tools
• Consolidate program performance metrics from the regions
• Report to the Group or BG organization as per requirement
2. Facilitate transformation of the Program function
• Support the BG Program leadership on program transformation initiatives
• Contribute to process improvements
• Engage with program managers network to mobilize support for new process definition and facilitate adoption of program transformation
• Work with the HR function on skills and competencies of program managers and talent mobility to support the business
• Enable sharing of best practices in the BG
By consistently engaging with various Divisions, Program Directors and their teams, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the overarching processes within program management. Your pivotal role involves comprehending and actively contributing to the ongoing enhancement of the function.
