Work experiences you could be exposed to: Raise processes, outlining and mapping the current status of the processes, through individual, group or workshop interviews with existing data metrics. Define roles and responsibilities in each of the stages of the processes. Analyze the workflows in the company seeking continuous improvement. Generate quantitative studies to detect automation opportunities through the use of artificial intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Digital Process Automation (DPA). Conduct study and monitoring of the main indicators of the processes based on optimization. Communicate and report effectively on changes associated with the processes. **Required technical and professional expertise** Be a regular student of university courses such as: Industrial Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering or related courses with an interest in continuous process improvement, digital transformation, automation and optimization of business processes; Have school insurance for the entire duration of the internship; Interest in developing a career as a Process Analyst. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
