The Programmable Platform Specialist is part of the Product Management Team and in particular of the iPro Platform Team responsible for the programmable platform portfolio following both the product development and the related sales tools. The team is transversal to all verticals followed and should prioritize best opportunities for Food Service, Food Retail and HVAC together with the Market Product Managers.He/She/They will have the responsibility to train customers about programable products during the customer engagement phase, with webinars or face-to-face mode. In order to guarantee maximum product adoption, He/She/They will be also developing tools such as presentations, videos, examples of how to use the product as well as documentation.
