Job Description

Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a Programmatic Analyst who has led digital campaigns for assigned advertisers. The candidate should have experience in billing support, setup, taxonomy creation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting for multiple programmatic platforms such as DV360, TTD, Verizon, Xandr, and MediaMath, among others.


The ideal candidate is independent and focused on quality and is eager to grow alongside the more than 5,000 employees of Publicis Global Delivery around the world. If you are passionate about digital transformation, cross-team communication, and the digital ecosystem.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set up programmatic campaigns, within each required platform, following the guidelines.Run status calls with internal stakeholders providing performance and pacing strategies.Monitoring the health of your campaigns, and ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives (including daily management of campaign budgets, website conversions, bid management, and ad creative based on performance history and the client's objectives)Ensuring the quality of deliverables and campaign setup within the programmatic media platforms.Proactively makes suggestions and troubleshoots issues.Report any issues that can spark within the operation promptly.Deliver recommendations, execution & analysis of beta tests, new platforms, optimization strategies, and vendors.Proactively identify growth opportunities and regularly communicate them to clients.

QualificationsCommunication skillsAttention to detailResult orientedBachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or any relevant field.Ideally at least 1-3 years of experience in programmatic media campaign management/optimization knowledgeEnglish Level B2+ or Higher (is a must)Strong knowledge of at least one programmatic media platform while showing a good understanding of the overall media landscape (DV360, TTD among other DSPs) (is a must)MS Excel functions (Intermediate)Strong knowledge in one of the following fields: Media planning, Media Buying, Creative strategy and/or AdsBidding Management Tools
