Job Description

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $108,000 annually

We are looking for a motivated Programmatic Manager to join our global Paid Media team. Ideal candidates will be able to utilize their existing ad operations and marketing skills and be involved in developing major client accounts, as this area of the business will undergo remarkable investment and growth over the next two years, and the candidate will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on our success.

You'll contribute to guiding media performance and account growth. Your main responsibilities will include activation and optimisation, reporting and insights, testing and data analysis, and client communication across large & complex accounts.

Responsibilities

Optimize campaign performance across programmatic platforms, striving to refine tactics for our clients.Develop insights to inform our client's strategies.Partner with Business Development to develop strategies for prospective clients.Interface with clients through written, phone, and in person communication.Collaborate across our teams to create holistic advertiser solutions which span all areas of the digital spectrum.Interpret attribution modeling and 3rd party analytics data.Engage deal economics, media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions.Mentor and educate more junior staff as the business expands.

Qualifications

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

2-3+ years of experience in Display and Programmatic advertising in an agency environmentKnowledge of display advertising, specifically real-time bidding, ad networks, demand site platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies, specifically within the Google Marketing PlatformExpertise in managing campaigns within DSPs like DV360, Amazon, & The Trade DeskExperience with numerical detail, analysis, and using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are essentialBusiness writing skills and ability to produce high-quality documentsDemonstrate a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demandsStrong interpersonal skills, specifically listening, consulting, and influencingAbility to experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
