Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Programmatic Manager to join our team in New York. The role revolves around managing associates and senior associates, overseeing strategy, and being hands-on with the keyboard in the programmatic advertising industry.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and guide associates and senior associates in their daily tasks.
• Develop and implement programmatic advertising strategies to meet business objectives.
• Maintain hands-on control of programmatic buying and campaigns.
• Utilize platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon for programmatic advertising.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices in all campaign activities.
• Monitor and manage the performance of programmatic campaigns.
• Implement changes to strategy based on campaign performance and insights.
• Regularly communicate with team members about campaign strategies and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the programmatic advertising industry.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment for the team. Requirements • Proficient understanding and application of Best Practices in the digital marketing field.
• Demonstrable experience and expertise in Programmatic Advertising.
• Proven track record in Programmatic Buying, including the ability to negotiate and manage contracts effectively.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing Programmatic Campaigns.
• Ability to analyze performance data and implement optimizations to meet campaign objectives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies and trends.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration and client interaction.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in using various programmatic advertising platforms and tools.
• Demonstrable understanding of the digital advertising industry's trends, technologies, and pricing models.
• Proven ability to develop effective programmatic strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
