Programmatic Media Manager

The Programmatic Media  Manager is a critical individual contributor on our Global Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will serve as the in-house programmatic subject matter expert, driving the strategy for display, video, native and audio campaigns. You’ll work cross-functionally with Media Planners and  Regional Marketers, to align the programmatic strategy with business objectives through innovative programmatic execution.

The impact you will have:

Lead global programmatic media strategy and execution to achieve brand awareness and demand generation goals.  Build and scale programmatic strategies, including targeting tactics, placements, partners, and creative , to achieve brand and demand generation objectives. Own channel performance targets, budget pacing and the strategic roadmap. Introduce advanced capabilities, such as 1st-party data activation, custom audience creation, and retargeting strategies. Partner with media agencies to ensure seamless execution and campaign management, account hygiene, and advanced campaign strategies. Continuously analyze campaign performance to refine targeting, creative, and bid strategies. . Oversee tagging, trafficking, and troubleshooting of programmatic campaigns to ensure data accuracy and tracking integrity. Partner with internal Web, Marketing Ops and Analytics teams to improve  capabilities including tracking, measurement and user experience.  Leverage industry tools like Moat, IAS, and DoubleVerify to ensure brand safety, viewability, and fraud prevention. Partner with ad platforms and exchanges to leverage the latest programmatic advancements and beta opportunities. Develop and drive enablement on best practices while driving operational excellence for the channel.

What we look for:

5+ years of hands-on experience in Programmatic Media, agency management a plus.   Strong expertise in The Trade Desk,, Google Ads, and Google Campaign Manager. Experience onboarding and scaling a DSP and ad server.  Strong analytical skills, with a focus on interpreting performance data and delivering actionable insights. Experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, and brand media is highly preferred. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams. Proven experience in a fast-paced environment.
