Key Responsibilities
Oversee the Marketplace initiatives and solutions across EMEA Coordinate across EMEA markets and liaise with global Marketplace team on Marketplace initiatives Design regional partnership strategies and lead the development of trading relationships to support growth and innovation -- including media, technology and data providers Oversee ongoing partner relationships -- including the identification of growth opportunities and market-leading innovation initiatives Scale marketplace capabilities with market specific needs in mind Develop Marketplace best practices for region to enable continued and long-term growth in EMEA Test new technologies, data, and betas to deliver innovation Evaluate new opportunities for programmatic media buying for IPG clients Develop relationship with Kinesso campaign engineering team Combine media market & technical knowledge, data analysis and client feedback to configure, operate and optimize complex campaigns to meet client's objectives Develop in-depth knowledge of the digital media industry and media market dynamics Liaise with agency teams on campaign performance and reportingKey Requirements
7+ years experience in digital media account management with blue chip advertising clients with a leading online advertising agency, network, advertising exchange or optimization firm Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ideally comfortable in a consultative, client-facing environment Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data Fundamental knowledge of ad targeting methodologies Capable of building consensus among stakeholders and their constituents at all levels Good understanding of ad networks, ad exchanges, DSPs and/or auction marketplaces Experience with analyzing large data sets and delivering actionable insights Ability to investigate, analyze & solve problems, and clearly communicate results Desire to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere and be a self-starter Eagerness to get hands-on to figure out how things work Deep understanding of EMEA market digital media ecosystem Experience working with Media Strategy and Investment teams Adtech and martech experience Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
