Job Summary:

The Sales Planner is a sales support role and subject-matter expert tasked with generating
programmatic PMP proposals and RFP response documentation, data gathering and
analysis, and enabling programmatic sales & profitability. It is primarily a tactical and execution role that supports the efforts of the Programmatic sales team nationally

                                                                                                    

Job Responsibilities:

Manages assigned tasks and daily work queues (proposal routing, reservations and contract management, campaign fulfillment)Leads task management in Clear Channel’s project management appEnsures all information is available to process the fulfillment of the orderProcesses post sale requests and ensures work is completed within agreed upon service levelsEscalates issues as neededParticipates in efforts to continuously improve the business operations functionWorks closely with campaign coordination teamCommunicates with relevant divisions of local markets to enhance customer experienceOther job duties as assigned

Job Qualifications: 

Education and Certifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience

Work Experience

2+ years’ experience working in an advertising sales, client services, or agency environment

Skills

Organized with ability to multi-task, manage own time, prioritize workAbility to identify and deal with problems quicklyAbility to compose emails and other written documentation clearly and conciselyAbility to analyze and interpret verbal and written requests and directionsAbility to complete required math calculations (i.e., multiply, divide, rate, ratio, percent)Ability to work well in a team environment while accomplishing individual projectsCompetent in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)

New York City Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000
