Role Summary and Impact

This pivotal position within Mindshare Channels & Solutions serves as the operational cornerstone for Gaggenau, our premium luxury client who relies on our team as an extension of their marketing department. As Senior Account Executive, you will provide sophisticated support across the entire campaign lifecycle—from strategic research and planning through to implementation oversight and performance analysis.

The role demands exceptional versatility, seamlessly transitioning between analytical tasks, client communications, vendor negotiations, and campaign orchestration. Your contribution has been instrumental in driving significant revenue growth and positioning us as indispensable partners ahead of their upcoming holding company review.

Responsibilities 

Delivering Client Excellence

Provide integrated support across strategic planning and tactical implementation, ensuring seamless campaign delivery Conduct sophisticated market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations Manage complex campaign administration including budget tracking, financial documentation, and partner contracts Coordinate with specialist teams and premium media partners to orchestrate flawless execution Lead campaign performance analysis, translating data into strategic insights and optimization recommendations Prepare and contribute to high-level client presentations, demonstrating deep understanding of luxury market dynamics

Strategic Value Creation

Serve as trusted advisor to Gaggenau's marketing team, providing proactive counsel on market opportunities Identify growth opportunities through deep understanding of client business and competitive landscape Support Account Director in developing innovative strategies that differentiate Gaggenau in the luxury space Maintain institutional knowledge that enables rapid response to time-sensitive opportunities

Stakeholder & Partner Management

Cultivate relationships with premium media partners to unlock exclusive opportunities Navigate complex vendor negotiations to secure optimal terms while maintaining brand standards Coordinate seamlessly with internal specialist teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery Manage information flow between multiple stakeholders with diplomatic precision

Process Excellence & Innovation

Champion best practices while maintaining flexibility for bespoke luxury requirements Identify process improvements that enhance efficiency without compromising service quality Ensure meticulous financial management and compliance with agency protocols Contribute to development of luxury-specific capabilities and service offerings

Profile Building

Document successful campaigns through compelling case studies Support new business initiatives by showcasing luxury expertise Contribute to agency thought leadership on premium brand marketing Mentor junior team members on luxury service standards

This role requires deep immersion in Gaggenau's business and immediate accessibility to respond to evolving luxury market dynamics, making it essential to maintain this function within our core team structure.

Essential Criteria 

Advanced Digital Planning Experience: Proven track record in integrated campaign planning and implementation across multiple digital channels within a premium or luxury context Strategic Research Capabilities: Expert at synthesizing audience insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends into actionable recommendations Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with premium media partners, internal specialist teams, and demanding luxury clients Financial Acumen: Advanced skills in budget management, reconciliation, and commercial awareness to protect and grow account value Analytical Excellence: Sophisticated data analysis capabilities with ability to extract meaningful insights and present compelling narratives Operational Leadership: Experience orchestrating complex workflows while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Luxury Market Understanding: Knowledge of premium brand requirements and high-touch service expectations Proactive Problem-Solving: Track record of anticipating client needs and resolving challenges before escalation
