A bit about the job:
As a Programme Reporting and Comms Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that reporting and communications for the Watch Programme are efficiently and effectively coordinated. Your work will enable senior stakeholders to make informed decisions and stay up to date on key achievements, risks, and issues.
You will work closely with the Programme Reporting & Comms Lead to deliver tailored reporting for governance forums, maintain a structured calendar for reporting deadlines, and manage programme-wide communications. You will also take ownership of organising cross-workstream calls, programme events, and lessons learned sessions to enhance collaboration and transparency across the programme.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Experience in financial services and understanding of customer, commercial, and people metrics.
Strong written and presentation skills with the ability to craft clear and impactful communications.
A respected professional in transformation, portfolio, project management, or PMO.
Highly organised and outcome-focused, able to manage multiple deadlines.
Comfortable working in a complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.

Salary – Circa £45,000 - £50,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
