Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Programme Executive (MSP) to join our talent pool in the UK. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across the Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations and contribute to the success of our talent management initiatives.
Oversee and coordinate MSP programme(s), ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectivesImplement best practices in programme management and talent acquisition to enhance operational efficiencyCollaborate with stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop strategies to meet those requirementsAnalyse programme performance data and prepare comprehensive reports for senior managementManage relationships with MSP vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met and continuously improvedMonitor industry trends and propose innovative solutions to improve talent management processesFacilitate communication between different departments and external partners involved in MSP operationsWe invite you to apply to our Talent Pool ad and we will reach out to you when a suitable opportunity arises.
QualificationsPrevious experience in programme management or similar, preferably within an MSP environmentProven track record in talent acquisition or talent pool managementStrong understanding of MSP models and operations and applicable UK legislation Excellent knowledge of talent management practices and trendsProficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insightsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointOutstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisationAt AGS we operate a hybrid working policy – we recognise individuals want the flexibility of working from home but with the option to be in an office when needed. Our UK AGS office locations are Bracknell, London and Birmingham with client site locations across the UK. If you’re lucky enough to be within a commutable distance of one of our AGS collaborative offices, this will be your allocated work home for 3 days a week but you’ll still have the piece of mind to flex your working week accordingly. On occasion some of our job adverts will state an in-office/on-site need but rest assured you’ll be with a wonderful team to work, develop and grow.
