The Global Beauty Tech Incubator Team and Product Development teams sit within the No7 Beauty Company’s marketing function. Our mission is to empower every woman to achieve their beauty goals through omni-channel experiences that enhances our product portfolio.
About the role

We are looking for an agile and dynamic Global Innovation & Product Manager adept at navigating the intersection of US beauty and technology while keeping a firm grip on US market trends and insights to support No7BC product development.
In this very exciting role, you will be the US eyes and ears for the Global Incubation and Product Development teams. You will not only lead strategic Beauty Tech incubation programs, fuelling our Beauty Tech pipeline with your vast amount of ideas, enabling market test and learn programs, but also feed your market expertise into the 3YP brand product pipelines to ensure NPD is relevant and will support our growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Beauty Tech Incubator
 Fuel Beauty Tech incubator pipeline through ideation and validation of initiatives based on consumer desirability, market, technical feasibility and commercial viabilityLead end-to-end US incubator pipeline from ideation through to development and delivery using data-driven insights to evaluate and report to stakeholders on the effectiveness of trials for business scale up and growth Partner with external tech specialists to conceptualise, develop, and test consumer-facing trials rapidly across our brand portfolio.  Create compelling & consumer led proposition suggestions for the local marketShare local category strategies & knowledge to drive the global 3YPEmbed local market expertise into the global product team

What you’ll need to have

We are looking for someone who has an in depth knowledge of the US beauty market with a genuine passion for beauty and skincare with a relentless drive to discover new solutions to consumer challenges and unmet needs.

You will need to have the ability to translate innovative ideas into commercially successful propositions with a natural curiosity and self drive that enables you to explore ideas from discovery to conception and beyond.
