An exciting opportunity as a Programme Manager has arisen within the Rolls-Royce Deutschland for a passionate, dynamic and highly motivated individual to join the Programmes Organisation in Dahlewitz close to Berlin.

Key Accountabilities:
Management of the overall Programme governance including reviews and audits with the customer, and various RR internal stakeholdersSets the programme requirements, milestones and risk management framework and ensures that the programme objectives are accepted, committed and deliveredCoordinates activities across the full value stream, including but not limited to supply chain, operations, commercial, engineering and programme managementDeputise for the Vice President - Bombardier as required - representing the Engine Project on all programme issues with airframer.Responsible for planning and managing the project budget and ensuring it is delivered in-line with financial requirement including unit and service cost targets.All accountabilities span over the total lifecycle of the product; integration and facilitation of solutions to deliver within the business requirements and associated customer satisfactionQualifications / Experience:
Qualified to at least degree level or equivalent industry experience - At least 7 years or more experience in the management of projects / programmes of increasing complexity.Ideally a member of a professional body and working towards RPP (Recognised Project Professional) qualification or equivalent.Exposure to non-core project management roles such as purchasing, commercial, engineering management etc.Experience of setting up and managing multi-functional teams.Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with senior management - Strong Customer Focus.We are an equal opportunities employer.
