Life on the team
Our HR Systems team is embarking on an exciting global programme, which will span multiple years and, beginning with the implementation of a new User Platform, migrate our HR Service Desks and revolutionise and further automate our systems and processes. Our core platforms to deliver this are ServiceNow and SuccessFactors and the whole programme will reach across many processes and align with our GIS tooling strategy.
To support this implementation, we’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join us, initially on a 12-month fixed term basis to deliver phase 1, with the potential to continue through the full roadmap. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and multi skilled team at the beginning of an important programme for our business.
What you’ll do
Work with internal and external teams to bring EC to life under the ServiceNow platform Work closely with the Head of HR Systems and Projects Coordinate and plan resource requirements to ensure project outcome deadlines are adhered to Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally to achieve project objectives Manage and represent the programme to relevant programme authorities such as the Steering Board on a consistent and regular basis Produce required project documentation to enable successful project outcomes Responsible for estimating and pricing the project element of bids to effectively scope the project requirements Ensure effective management of all commercial elements of the programme and monitoring progress against SOWs with our operating partners. Lead, and support less experienced team members for their development and success of the programme. Run Project Definition Workshops to define requirements and accurately scope programme outcomes Lead multi-disciplinary teams on this complex, multi-threaded, multi-site, high-value programme to deliver outcomes in line with project definition Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual security events or other security risks to the organisation.
What you’ll need
Required:
Extensive experience in driving and delivering complex technology transformation programmes within HR Experience in delivering large-scale system transformation programmes Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels Experience of working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment Prince2 Practitioner qualification or equivalent ISEB or APM qualified MSP and CITI qualified Knowledge of initiation, change management, risk management, and the principles and practicalities of running projects Detail-oriented, able to produce high-quality project documentation Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships Demonstrable experience of leading diverse virtual teams through digital transformation programmes. Ability to manage own and others’ workload.
