**About the Opportunity**
This role works in the Programme Management Office (PMO) Team within Assurance, Technology and Regulation (AT&R). The role provides programme support services to the teams who support the delivery of AT&R contracts.
Assurance, Technology & Regulation (ATR) team has a primary focus on three key areas; Independent Oversight & Assurance, Technology Development, and Regulatory Support. Amentum’s Independent Nuclear Assurance (INA) team has been supporting the Ministry of Defence’s (MoD) naval nuclear propulsion programme for over 60 years.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Work with other PMO staff to organise the general business and project related activity and documentation.
+ Manage project mailboxes, input data, log documents and take actions as required.
+ Support the timely preparation of monthly dashboards for the attention of the customer’s management team.
+ Issue of deliverables via secure IT systems to align with project milestones for delivery.
+ Maintenance and update of project trackers and task sheets in accordance with client requirements and due process.
+ Provide administrative support to teams as required (e.g. arranging meetings, taking notes at meetings and updating action trackers).
+ Support the implementation of risk management strategies.
+ Good organisational skills with the ability to work flexibly and prioritise workload effectively.
+ IT literate (proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Stakeholder and communication management.
+ Numerate - understanding of manipulating Excel spreadsheets and producing reports.
+ Team player, the role needs to work closely with other PMO team members and project teams.
+ Capable of dealing with problems in a practical and professional manner with the ability to identify and implement solutions under pressure.
+ Ability to obtain an SC security clearance. UK Citizenship
