The purpose of this work statement is to obtain quotations for temporary professional services to assist the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget with the support of the L2K/MyLicense Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS)software being used by several state of Michigan departments to track license related data and processes.  
The person in the position will function as a member of the support team assigned to assist customers who leverage the L2k COTS software. Several departments of the state are leveraging the L2K software from System Automation.  
Maintenance support is required to keep the systems running smoothly and configured appropriately to meet the business requirements of each agency.  The person filling this position may also be expected to provide maintenance support to areas such as Accela, SIPS, Crystal Reporting, Oracle forms and reports, configuration management, testing and other areas as needed.
