To support key strategic Oracle customers, we are seeking a lead principal consultant. The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in the field of implementations of Fusion Middleware products of which minimum 5+ years should be on cloud platforms. The candidate should have excellent troubleshooting skills across the layers of cloud in Middleware application, Database, Network, Storage, Compute, Boundary Systems and should be extremely proficient in various layers of the Cloud platform as an Architect.
This role demands a very active and close collaboration with Customer technical / executive leadership, Oracle development teams & internal executive leadership. The candidate must possess excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills. The role will demand frequent complex discussions. The candidate should be able to present & articulate his / her thoughts with clarity and precision. The candidate should have strong decision making skills and will often need to bring the complex discussions to closure supported by right arguments and facts.
The candidate must be extremely organized, self-motivated and a go getter. For key strategic customers, a lot of requirements run in parallel. Candidate should be able to quickly prioritize and set the right expectations.
