5+ years of experience supporting large scale system as a Triage analyst Experience with customer support using tools such as Dynatrace, Elk and Power BI Experience with processing IT related tickets Experience using Oracle SQL to generate and execute complex queries for Triage analysis Experience using Azure DevOps Experience using Agile methodology Knowledge of APIs and Asynchronous programming Experience working in healthcare industry is a plus Experience training junior analyst is a plus Knowledge of IBM middleware products such as App Connect Enterprise and DataPower Excellent communication and documentation skills are desired
