The Programmer Analyst performs a wide range of services to formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and an expert understanding of information technology, business processes, and industry requirements.

This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent. If the contract is awarded, another position posting will be available on the Company Careers portal.

Participates in business and technical information technology solutions implementations, upgrades, enhancement, and conversion. Understands and uses appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business or technical problems, develops metrics to monitor performance and measure key project criteria, and prepares database or system technical documentation for users or stakeholders. Prepares technical reports and related documents and delivers presentations and briefings, as may be required. Confirms and prioritizes project plans and deliverables as agreed upon between the staff contractor and Bureau COR and Office/Division supervisor (or Office Director or Deputy Director).

Expected Salary Range: $122,626 - $135,831 per year
