Strong analytic skills required
Strong SQL and SAS skills required on a Windows and/or Unix/Linux platform; any other programming skills, especially MS Access and/or Cognos, a plus
Experience with developing analytic databases from various data sources and file types.
Ability to think independently and serve as both technical data analyst/programmer as well as business analyst as projects demand
Experience with data manipulation for analytic purpose, preferably in the health care field and with large data files
High level communication skills including the ability to express findings and recommendations clearly to end users and several levels of management, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to gather and analyze operations through interview and observation.
Ability to manage multiple ongoing and short term projects
