Job Summary
As a Systems Engineer you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with other IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our systems. This role requires a strong understanding of service desk operations and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. The work model is hybrid and the shift is day. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Maintain and improve IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operation.Work closely with other IT professionals to resolve technical issues.Troubleshoot and resolve service desk tickets in a timely manner.Provide technical support to end-users and ensure their issues are resolved.Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates.Ensure all systems are secure and up-to-date with the latest patches.Collaborate with team members to develop and implement IT solutions.Document all technical procedures and troubleshooting steps.Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software.Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and technologies.Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and issues.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and systems.Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of service desk operations.Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Have experience with monitoring and maintaining IT systems.Show proficiency in deploying and supporting hardware and software.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.Have the ability to document technical procedures clearly.Display a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Certifications Required
