Job Summary
We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in AI-enabled chatbots and Service Desk along with domain experience in the Airlines industry. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the companys goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Receives and handles calls for service and follow agreed procedures to resolve ticketsPromptly allocates calls as appropriateLogs incidents and service requests and maintains relevant recordsManaging incidents and requests through the service management toolProvide support for a wide range and constantly evolving applications software and hardwareMaintaining governance standards across all IT service management processesLiaise with management to communicate and understand issues and be able to effectively coordinate how to resolve an issueIdentify repeat issues or service risksTake ownership of faults in a logical manner and throughout their entire lifecycleThe Cognizant community:
