Cryotech Deicing Technology, a division of General Atomics, is a leader in the development and manufacturing of deicing products for aircraft, runways, and other applications.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an IT Programmer Analyst to join our IT Support Group in Ft. Madison, Iowa.
Under careful supervision, this individual will be tasked with processes to design, develop, and implement various data entry programs and/or reports. The successful candidate will work with end users to determine specific requirements and functionality. Then analyze the requirements vs already existing business software to determine the best course of action to fulfill the user’s request. Relevant solutions could include a database change, a process change, and/or a custom screen or report. Finally, the successful candidate will design, write, test, and implement the solution using tools such C##, Visual Studio, HTML, SQL, GITHUB, GIT Repository, etc. Experience in Crystal Reports and PHP are preferred but not required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Systems Analysis and Design. Analyze user requests and translate into technical specifications. Web Development (C# primarily). Create data entry screens, custom reports, and interfaces between various business systems and databases. Database Analysis and Design. Create new database tables or update existing tables as needed. Support, test and implement programs and reports. Provide Business Systems ERP support on as needed basis.Report writing (Crystal reports, Sage Intelligence, and WEB. Requires participation in an IT On Call support rotation of approximately one week per month from November through April.
