Job Description

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Programmer Analyst Seniors in Jacksonville, FL to provide application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project. Develop program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. Code, test, debug, document, implement and maintain software applications. Maintain, test, and integrate application components. Make recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code. Ensure system improvements are successfully implemented. Demonstrate an understanding of FIS systems and the financial services industry. Analyze requirements and translates business requirements into product designs. Write technical specifications and other forms of documentation. Suggest technical alternatives and improves/streamlines processes and systems. Complete project assignments and special projects commensurate with job expectations. Conduct planning, analysis and forecasting activities to plan projects and tasks. May participate in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy vs. build recommendations. May provide leadership and/or guidance to other technical professionals.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: working with AWS and build services via RESTful and SOAP Webservices; programming in Java, J2EE, SQL, Oracle and DB2; working on Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot and Spring Security for developing webservices ; working with modern DevOps tools including Git, GitHub,

Jenkins and Splunk to perform debugging and monitoring; utilizing Azure Cloud Technologies to deploy applications on cloud; utilizing development tools IntelliJ and UML; performing web services design and development using JAX-RPC/JAX-WS and Microservices; utilizing Azure services; performing DOM and SAX parsing using JAXP, JAXB, XSD; performing application integration using JMS, Transaction management using JTA; and performing application performance tuning.
